Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Tamara Pooran has more than twenty-five (25) years’ Human Resources experience having worked in the Financial Services, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Health Care, IT, Media Services and Management Consulting Sectors. She has nineteen (19) years of management experience with nine (9) years at the Senior Management level at two multinational organizations.
Having started in the Financial Services field in Toronto, Canada, she later embarked on a career in Human Resource Management and has considerable experience in:
HR Strategic Leadership, Start-Up Operations, Organizational Transformation, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Change Leadership, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Disciplinary Programme and Policy Development.
