The Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers' Association is pleased to be associated once again with the Who's Who in Trinidad and Tobago Business magazine.

While the past year has been challenging, Trinidad and Tobago's manufacturers are anxious to get back down to business, and focus on a path towards economic recovery that will lead to job creation, innovation and new business developments.

The way forward calls for greater collaboration between the private and public sectors and a sustained effort by all to ensure that opportunities that will enhance the competitiveness of T&T for business and investments are maximised.

The TTMA believes that a more meaningful thrust towards the economic diversification of the non-energy sector is needed in the year ahead, in a way that facilitates a steady and sustainable rate of growth, explores new export markets and embarks on a more focused effort on small business development.

The TTMA stands ready to work with the relevant stakeholders to restore confidence and reactivate economic activity in the manufacturing and business sectors.
