Profiles Trinidad and Tobago Limited was first established in 1994 to help organizations to hire, train, promote, manage and retain the right people using psychometric assessments commonly referred to as Human Resource assessment tools.
The company holds a franchise from the US based Profiles International Inc., a leading designer and provider of occupational assessments in the world today. Profiles is also a Founding member of the Association of Test Publishers.

With the establishment of Profiles Trinidad and Tobago Ltd she brings her skills as an internationally acclaimed Behavioural Psychologist and Management Consultant to the Trinidad and Tobago Business Community.
Shian L. Ottley
A qualified Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, Shian L. Ottley has been a member of the Profiles International Research & Development team for a number of years. She has played an integral role in the development of Caribbean norms for the assessments and has worked within the fields of recruitment and selection and employee training and development, bringing new and innovative ideas to both Profiles International and Profiles Trinidad & Tobago teams.
