RCI provides project management, on-site inspection and technical consulting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas and petrochemical industry. Since forming in 1997 we have assembled a team of highly experienced, professional project managers and inspectors, most of whom have worked for service contractors, major E & P companies, and plants and refineries in various capacities around the world prior to joining RCI. The RCI team takes pride in its ability to anticipate and consider field problems from both the client’s and contractor’s perspective. This has proven invaluable in applying practical solutions to minimize costs and ensure our clients’ projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
RCI project managers and inspectors have extensive experience in all aspects of construction and maintenance operations, from plant turnarounds to offshore field developments RCI managers and inspectors are ready to tackle your project. Headquartered in Houston, Texas RCI is an international company with domestic offices in Morgan City, Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana and international offices in Port of Spain Trinidad and Miri, Malaysia. Our project managers and inspectors have worked around the world including the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Far East, the North Sea, Russia, Scotland, South America, Southeast Asia, and West Africa. Working at our offices or in-house with our clients, we provide a wide range of services ranging from construction management and inspection to feasibility studies, assessments of existing assets, field development consultations, planning, scheduling and expediting, cost estimating and providing personnel for our clients’ engineering and project management teams.
All of our project managers are full time RCI employees and we provide only experienced on-site inspectors, the majority of whom are also full time employees of RCI. Having inspectors who are employees as opposed to contractors is a distinct advantage in that they are integral members of our staff with a stake in the future of our company, and thereby the success of our clients’ projects. Along with our project managers, they take part in our various professional qualification and safety training programs and are held to the same rigorous standards through our ongoing employee evaluation process. We believe that maintaining a well trained, highly motivated staff is the key to providing quality service and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.
