Chairman of the Trinidad & Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited since October 2010, Neil Gosine leads the most diversified petroleum marketing company in the English-Speaking Caribbean, with the largest service station network in Trinidad and Tobago.

He is also a risk management and insurance executive with a wealth of financial experience as the Managing Director of Comprehensive Insurance Brokers Limited (CIB) from 2000 to 2010. Mr. Gosine is responsible for shaping the vision of CIB which includes managing Corporate Administration, Management Projects, Marketing, Company Assets, Public Relations and Client security.

Mr. Gosine led the establishment of the Macoya Wholesale Market, as Deputy Chairman of the National Agricultural Marketing and Development Corporation in 1997. He also introduced new export market opportunities at the Export Import Bank of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (EXIMBANK) during his tenure as a Director with the company from 1998-2000.

He holds professional affiliations with the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association; Insurance Brokers Association of Trinidad and Tobago; Academy of Insurance Trinidad and Tobago.
