Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited is a joint venture company owned by the NGC NGL Company Limited, a subsidiary of The National Gas Company of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (NGC), ConocoPhillips Inc. of Houston, Texas and Pan West Engineers & Constructors, Inc. (Pan West), a privately owned company of Houston, Texas. The core business of the company is natural gas processing, natural gas liquids (NGL) aggregation, fractionation, and marketing. The Company operates Trinidad and Tobago's only natural gas processing and NGL fractionation plant and is the largest producer and marketer of propane, butane and natural gasoline in the Caribbean.
Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited’s cryogenic gas processing plants and associated infrastructure (including its own loading terminals) are located on the Point Lisas Industrial Estate. The Point Lisas Industrial Estate is on the west coast of Trinidad and Tobago where the majority of Trinidad's major natural gas consumers are located.
Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited seeks to maximize the value of its NGL production by pursuing specific product differentiation strategies including delivering competitively priced, high quality products and services, and operating its physical assets in a safe, reliable, flexible and efficient manner that preserves the environment.
During its fifteen (15) years of continuous production, Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited has successfully completed several plant expansions. The Company is presently embarking on another plant expansion which will enable it to further support the development of downstream industries.
