The Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA)

The Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA) is a professional organisation of realtors, established in 1990. AREA's aim, through its code of ethics, is to provide quality service to both buyers and sellers of real estate.

AREA's objectives include working with government and private sector organisations towards the development of Trinidad and Tobago, establishing educational programmes for training in real estate and obtaining, through legislation, licensing for all real estate professionals.
