Halcrow’s presence inTrinidad and Tobago started in the 1970's. Since then, Halcrow has been represented in ports, coastal, water, transportation, and planning projects throughout both islands. To meet the growing market, the local entity Halcrow Trinidad and Tobago was established in 1999.
