Trinidad Aggregate Products Limited (TAP)

Established in 1976, Trinidad Aggregate Products Limited (TAP) is one of the leading producers of clay products in the region. We are situated in Longdenville, Chaguanas.

Longdenville is one of the few places in Trinidad where the best blend of clay is found to make the highest quality products. The company produces and markets a wide range of clay products – HOLLOCLAY building blocks, decorative/ventilation blocks, bricks, CARIBE CERAMICS clay paver tiles (glazed and unglazed), and clay roof tiles (glazed and unglazed).

With our commitment to quality, in 1998 we received our ISO certification from the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards for maintaining a quality system in compliance with ISO 9002. At present we are ISO 9001: 2000 certified.

Commissioned in early 2002, our CLAY tile factory is the only one of its kind in the Caribbean. In addition to our clay paver and clay roof tiles, we also produce decorative trim pieces, floor and wall tiles and inserts. Our tiles are marketed in Trinidad and Tobago; the Caribbean; the USA and Europe.
