As businesses continue to move forward, what are your priorities in the coming 6 months? 

  • Growing revenue by focusing on business development, marketing, networking and outreach.
  • Continuing to provide support for our teams, offering flexible working arrangements including a hybrid in office / work from home solution
  • Engaging in discussions on national issues such as the vaccine, to ensure our staff and stakeholders are kept informed

Were there any permanent initiates taken by your company, due to the ‘change of doing business’

Unfortunately we did have to make one employee redundant, but all other initiatives we intend to be temporary – including salary and working hour reductions, and other cost cutting measures.

Also what do you see your industry’s sector prioritizing”

We have to prioritise getting people back to work – job creation, on the job apprenticeships for our youth, etc. The recruitment agency sector is well placed to support employers – public and private sector – in this regard.
