AMPLIA’s next-generation SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) and MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) based network connects company owned facilities in both Trinidad and the NAP (Network Access Point) of the Americas in Miami, Florida, U.S.A.
The NAP of the Americas is the premier network access point in the Caribbean region and 5th Tier 1 access point in the United States. The NAP of the Americas facilitates AMPLIA’s provisioning of diverse telecommunications routes and interconnections to destinations both within the United States and globally. Via the NAP of the Americas, AMPLIA maintains cross connection facilities with Tier 1 operators like Verizon, Level 3 and Telefonica International Wholesale.
