Should there be Scheduled Changes; Flight Cancellations; Itinerary Changes, the client, as well as their assigned recipients, will also be promptly alerted.


It doesn’t stop here……..our clients are provided with a Baggage Information link; Flight Tracking link; and can even make a local Wake-up Call Request.

Brief History

GO 4 LESS began operating as a Travel Agency in 2002 with the incorporating of the diverse airline experience of its owner in the areas of reservation services, marketing & sales development and ground handling services.

It was also evident, at the time, that there was a lack of technology and innovation in the rendering of services by Travel Agents to their clients.

GO 4 LESS believed that this omission, in particular, was effectively our permission to enter the industry and to engage the Value factor as our competitive strategy.

Today, we can boast of having developed solutions which automates post-ticketing service deliverables to our clients; itinerary variance alerting mechanisms; a client web portal which securely hosts and updates all relevant trip documents. Even with all of this, other developments are in queue.

At GO 4 LESS we ensure that our clients have a ‘first class’ service experience.

We are also members of the formidable organization: American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). This Association provides us with innumerable resources in support of our profession and also a reach to major vendors of travel relevant services.

Office Locations and Access

We have 2 full-service Sales Offices – Woodbrook, Port of Spain and City Gate, Port of Spain.

The City Gate office opens its doors at 6:30 a.m. and from that time our Consultants can be directly reached by phone. Effectively, our phone-in reach is from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Woodbrook office is also open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – ‘The Saturday Travel Agency’.

Please note that we do monitor incoming email messages on a 24×7 basis and also support our clients with phone support for matters of relevance after regular work hours.

Foreign Languages

French and Spanish (and also Malagasy) are fluently spoken by one of our Consultants.

We do not compete on the basis of offering the cheapest prices.
Our prices are intended to be the lowest based on the value factor.
