Outsourcing to trusted professional consultants (from design and construction of new projects to maintenance of completed buildings) makes it much easier for us to identify and remedy potential problems before they have full impact.

RGM’s primary product is A-class office space, leased over the “medium to long term”, serviced by our organization, and tailored to our client’s needs.

Our product is delivered across a very broad spectrum as we provide facilities to a variety of organizational types, with our client-partners ranging from major multinationals occupying over 100,000 square feet at multiple locations, to smaller professional and service-oriented firms, occupying spaces as little as 5,000 square feet. We are proud to be able to list many of the regions most important private and public institutions as our clients.

Besides our primary business, RGM also offers several complimentary services:

  • Project management service for the outfitting of offices for new tenants including budgeting, design, and construction management.
  • Improvement financing that can be parallel to the tenancy agreements. This type of facility, which would be subject to a credit evaluation process, provides a convenient financial vehicle for new tenants to outfit their new spaces.
  • Support Services such as janitorial and security services for the client’s internal spaces which allows tenant-partner to focus on its core business while at the same time creating a seamless and secure transition from common areas to private spaces.
