Esteem Estate Management Ltd. (EEML) proudly celebrates a groundbreaking achievement — becoming the FIRST real estate agency to receive official approval to deliver the CVQ Real Estate Services – Level 3 qualification.
This landmark approval was granted across all three critical areas:
- Programme Approval
- Centre Approval
- Workforce Assessment Centre (WAC) Approval
This achievement underscores EEML’s unwavering commitment to elevating industry standards,
expanding access to high-quality Real Estate education, and strengthening professional
pathways within the sector.
The milestone reflects the visionary leadership of Mr. Kerland Brathwaite, Programme Founder and Developer, whose extensive corporate and strategic expertise laid the foundation for this
transformative initiative. It is further supported by the leadership of Chairman, Mr. Anthony
Ali, and Director, Ms. Shelly Brathwaite, a seasoned educator with a long-standing dedication
to professional development and industry advancement.
Central to this achievement is EEML’s E-REEL Hybrid Training and Assessment Programme,
launched in 2024. This innovative model seamlessly integrates technology, academic rigor, and
