LEVEL Up Business Workshops Inspire T&T Entrepreneurs to Move Beyond Survival Mode

Business owners across Trinidad and Tobago are stepping into a new season of growth and focus after attending the LEVEL UP Business Workshop Series, held on May 18th in Trinidad and May 25th in Tobago.
Hosted by Andersen in Trinidad and Tobago, the workshops created an empowering and practical platform for small, medium, and large business owners seeking to shift from survival mode to sustainable success. Attendees praised the workshop as “a much-needed space to refocus, recharge, and reimagine the way we do business.”
A standout feature of the Tobago event was the participation of 10 Tobago-based entrepreneurs, whose attendance was made possible through sponsorship by the Division of Finance, Trade and the Economy. This targeted support helped ensure that local businesses on the sister isle had access to the same high-impact content and networking as their Trinidad counterparts.
Throughout both workshops, participants engaged in hands-on sessions covering:
• Strategic planning and financial management
• Marketing, sales, and customer engagement
• Hiring, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Resilience-building and post-pandemic business models
Attendees left with not just a LEVEL UP Certificate, but ‘new ideas’ and ‘renewed hope’ a key goal outcome for Andersen in Trinidad and Tobago, as the series was designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are, and equip them to move forward with clarity and purpose.

Following the success of both sessions, plans are underway to expand the Level Up Workshop Series into a recurring, nationwide initiative, with the goal of empowering business owners across Trinidad and Tobago to thrive, grow, and lead.
