The Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT) recently elected its board for the 2026-2028 period.
For more than three decades, HRMATT has proudly stood as the nation’s premier voice for HR professionals, championing people management, organizational development, and workplace transformation.
Together, this team will continue to guide HRMATT’s mission of advancing the HR profession locally, regionally, and globally. Through partnerships with various organizations like CalHRM and SHRM, as well as collaborations with ministries, statutory organizations, universities and corporate partners, HRMATT will continue to provide platforms for dialogue, professional development, and innovation – ensuring HR practitioners remain at the forefront of digital agility, productivity and workplace excellence.
