NGC wins HRMATT’s HR Regional Champion Award

NGC won HRMATT’s HR Regional Champion Award (Organisation) at the HRMATT Legacy Awards gala, held at the Hyatt Regency. The event recognizes the impact that HR professionals deliver to their organizations. The primary objective of the Legacy Awards is to highlight the importance of altruism, innovation, and leadership in HR and its related fields.

Over the last year, employee wellness has been a core focus of NGC’s engagement activities. Their vibrant wellness champions have expanded existing wellness programs to promote greater diversity and inclusivity. Two pioneering programs—EmpowHER and Men’s Day—were welcomed by the women and men of NGC. Through panel discussions and mental health sessions, employees were able to share their inspiring stories around topical issues and build connections as a community.

NGC President (Ag.) Edmund Subryan accepted the award for the company, witnessed by NGC Group Chairman, Dr. Joseph Ishmael Khan, and members of the HR team. Congratulations also to NGC’s subsidiary, @nationalenergytt, for bringing home the Best Place to Work award for 2024.
