Refresh and Refocus You 4

“Refresh and Refocus You 4,” is the 4th edition of a transformational ‘mind-spa’ retreat, created by hospitality consultant, Ms. Lisa Beckles of Lisa Beckles Consulting. It was created to provide Administrative Professionals and others with a well-deserved ‘time out’ for relaxation, reflection and retooling, where required. The last physical retreat was held in April 2019, where Ms. Janelle ‘Penny’ Commissiong was our keynote speaker and generated fabulous reviews and we expect the same with this, our first virtual edition!

The event consists of three specially curated workshops, plus lunchtime mixology, entertainment by top comedian Mr. Allan “The Entertainer” Augustine and ace pannist and cultural ambassador Mr. Darryl Reid. Persons will also be able to win various door prizes, inclusive of accommodation at local and regional hotels! Yet the greatest prize is the transformation via the following workshops;
