I have been with the TTCSI for several years and I am assured that with the mentoring of all past presidents, the last being our immediate past president, Mr Mark Edghill, that the TTCSI continues to remain in very good hands. I express my sincerest thanks to the founding fathers and all past directors for the role that they have played in taking this National Umbrella Association for the Services Sector from strength to strength.

I give special commendation and thanks to our line Ministry and Minister, Ms Paula Gopee Scoon for providing the necessary guidance and support over the years and look forward to further strengthening our relationship as we seek to enhance regional integration and improve the services sector from all viewpoints.

To the Directors coming onto the Board, I welcome you with open arms and look forward to working with you as we pool our resources to lead this wonderful organization. My leadership style is one of an open door and I plan to commence the process of mentoring you to take over from me. I am assured that with the diverse skills and competencies on the Board and management we will be in a position to strengthen our governance structures, enhance our operations and to do more for our members.

To the members, you are the reason for our being and I pledge full support for your work. We stand ready to monitor the environment and to reach out to you before you have the time to call upon us to defend your interest. You will remain our first priority.

Currently the TTCSI represents fifty (50) service sector associations with members in excess of 700,000 and include real estate, marine services, massage and body work practitioners, architects, creative services, tour operators, credit unions and more. This is no small number and as such, I commit to working with everyone for their advancement.
