HHSL Launches RESET Programme

HHSL Safety Systems Limited has formally launched HHSL RESET, an organisational initiative focused on strengthening our standards, reinforcing accountability and positioning the company for its next phase of growth and development.

As part of the launch, our Managing Director, Mr. H. Anthony Vieira; Director, Mrs. C. Agna Da Costa-Vieira; and General Manager, Mr. Satesh Ramjass, addressed employees on the importance of collective responsibility, strong leadership, operational excellence and maintaining the standards expected across every area of the organisation.

At the centre of HHSL RESET are three commitments:

REFLECT — objectively assess where we are, recognise our achievements and acknowledge where improvement is required.

REALIGN — ensure our people, processes, behaviours and priorities remain aligned with the organisation’s standards and strategic direction.

RECOMMIT — strengthen our individual and collective commitment to safety, quality, accountability, professionalism and service excellence.

HHSL RESET is not about starting over. It is about building on our foundation, addressing our opportunities for improvement and moving forward with renewed focus and purpose.
